Pescara Conservatory

School of Music students will soon be able to learn at Italy’s world-renowned Pescara Conservatory, thanks to a pioneering agreement that establishes exchanges between the two institutions. President Virginia Horvath (seated, left) and Pescara Conservatory Director Massimo Magri (seated, right) signed the agreement in November. Beginning in 2016, up to three students from each institution will be able to spend one semester studying abroad on an alternating basis. The agreement also facilitates the exchange of faculty from both institutions to teach master classes.
